Frequently Asked Questions
What businesses are in the show? We welcome every type of business. Marcellus Shale oil & gas contractors, hotels, law firms, engineers, printers, copy machine companies, financial institutions, flower shops, doctors, transportation companies, music, art, and more.
How do I get my company in the show? Vendors can register for the Southpointe Chamber-Washington County Executive Trade Show online by clicking here.
How many are going to be at the show? The Southpointe Chamber-Washington County Executive Show will have approximately 75-100 vendors with an emphasis on business to business. Public walk-ins are from 11:00 AM until 3 PM made up mostly of business leaders and executives from area companies (generally, 1000+).
When do we setup and break down? The venue will open at 9 AM for set up. Upon checking in at the registration table you will receive your vendor table location. The show ends at 3 PM. You must remove everything. No overnight storage is available.
How do I get leads from the show? The key to getting leads is connecting with attendees! Bring plenty of business cards and be sure to network not only with attendees but other vendors! Not everyone has a display, just a good representative at the table. Display a prize and collect business cards for a drawing, then follow up with the leads.
What is the agenda throughout the day? We have product/service demonstrations, video interviews, tons of give-a-ways, and more.
What do I wear? Casual business attire works fine. Participants usually wear a sport coat or business dress/skirt, blouse. Wear comfortable shoes!
What about parking? Parking is available around the Loft area for free.
